Monzinger Halenberg Riesling EisweinAm 30. 12 bei 9,5 C gelesen am Hangfu des legendren Halenbergs. Erstaunlich, wie gesund die Trauben trotz der langen Zeit waren. Offensichtlich haben wir sehr davon profitiert, dass es seit Anfang November keinen wirklich warmen Tag mehr gab. Dementsprechend schmeckte schon der Most absolut reintnig und fruchtig. Gewachsen auf grauem Schiefer und Quarzit, vergoren und ausgebaut im Edelstahltank.
