1960s Hiatts Metropolitan Police HandcuffsRare original vintage pair of Hiatts 1960 hundcuffs for the Metropolitan Police in London, with the original key and a leather belt pouch. Ex active service belonged to a Detective Sergeant retired in the 1980s. Condition: These handcuffs have seen active duty, so scratched and surface worn. The key works well, one cuff hinge turns with considerable difficulty, probably a bit bent and rusty. Pouch with some wear and surface rust on the button.
