The first step was to create the swirls of each color into a glass design. that glass was then cut into the shape of a guitar using a ring saw. I grinded smooth all the edges and then it was fire polished in the kiln. The guitar is epoxied to a stand that was made by cutting three pieces for varying sizes and tack fusing them into the stand. Definitely sturdy for a hearty chewer, but my dog wasn't that interested in it. For a treat I spread some peanut butter on it and the design has grooves so she spends some time licking the peanut butter. And it comes with 3 good size chew toys, so cheap enough to try and your dog might love them. Taking out of packing they did have that meat smell as advertised
