After trying to find a neck pillow for travel and many returns, I purchased this pillow. I love it! It came compressed and I followed the instructions (15 min in the dryer on low with a couple of dryer sheets). The pillow fluffed right up and is super comfortable and supportive. There is no smell. The cover is very soft (a must!). It easily compresses into the provided bag so easy to travel with. It's also the perfect size, small enough to easily travel with, and large enough to provide support. I recommend it.
